I just can't find an English translation for this that sounds right.
Not much context, the text is about telecom operators.
The term appears in a heading and in a sentence:
'Betreiber mit effizienter Größenordnung'
'Das XXXmodell muss die Modellierung des Netzes eines Betreibers mit effizienter Größenordnung ermöglichen.'
I don't like 'size', so I was thinking maybe 'scale', but I'm really not sure here.

literally "with an efficient order of magnitude" but "dimensions" is broader and actually more precise in the context.

I'll be grateful to you if you, as a German native speaker, would please explain to me how 'Größenordnung' (=magnitude/degree/level) can be 'effizient (=efficient). TIA. Btw, I don't agree with you that 'Größenordnung' = capacity.

scalable / match the size
I think the German could be a bit more precise, but to me the meaning would be that the XXXmodell must allow for the modelling of the operator's network to be scalable, so that it matches / is appropriate for the size of the network.
