Définition : Le compte comptable 273 - Titres immobilisés de l'activité de portefeuille est utilisé lorsqu'une société détient des parts d'une autre société, on la considère comme ayant une participation dans la seconde et dont la possession est un placement à long terme. On enregistre donc la valeur des titres immobilisés dans ce compte d'immobilisation financière.
Es handelt sich somit um langfristige Anlagen.
Eine Übersetzung habe ich im Moment nicht für Dich.
Schonmal als Vorab-Info. Vielleicht hilft Dir das ja schon weiter.

Geschlossene Fonds sind auch "unbewegliche Titel", aber der von Dir gesuchte Begriff bezieht sich ja auf ein ganz spezielles Konto in einer Bilanz, unter dem die Anteile eines Unternehmens an einem anderen Unternehmen, erworben als langfristige Anlage, geführt werden.
