The difference is in the costs borne: in the first case, the seller pays the costs of the delivery up to a certain point (it shall be specified somewhere in the text - truck, train, ship...), in the second case, the buyers come in and take the goods and run the costs thereof. Usually "ex" / "départ" is understood as from the factory, the warehouse, the consignation store etc. (this one is also to be specified). I would not exclude, however, that in the case of this specific company, there are just two versions (see suggested target term), in this case, a simplified presentation is justifiable: either we take out the goods to the transport vehicles of the buyers or the buyers come in to pick up their goods.
