French term

chariot

French to English Tech/Engineering Other pool robot
Le 1er, dédié au nettoyage du fond de la piscine, est doté de 15 mètres de câble et d’un cycle de trois heures (livré sans chariot).

I understand the meaning of chariot in general, but is this saying that the robot comes without its chassis, its main body... doesn't make sense....
Proposed translations (English)
4 +2 cart
1 +2 trolley
3 loader

Discussion

kashew Oct 28, 2008:
They could be referring just to the cable reel/holder - Not that "cycle"!

trolley

If this thing is remotely heavy, maybe it's a trolley for transporting it on land, as it were.

loader

As far as I understood, 'chariot' means 'loader' in this particular context.
