French term

BRI

French to English Other
Type of packaging I think, for beers

My only context is a chart breaking down purchase criteria into percentages (multi packs, price, other promotions and BRI)

I found this on the Internet

Outre les offres on-pack habituelles (lots, BRI, girafe), on note des spécialités Carrefour: réductions privilège carte pass et logos "nouveau"

Thank you.

Oddie Yes, I think you're right. Rather than packaing it is a type of on-pack coupon offering a discount at the till I presume. Will have a look to see what this is called in English. Thank you!

discount voucher

I can't get any hits beyond this, rather safe, expression to indicate that the voucher is for immediate redemption. Perhaps "on-product" but I cannot find any confirmation. If all else fails, I would opt for "immediately redeemable discount voucher". But there must be a better way...

money-off coupons

Just a suggestion. Usually, in this country, if there is a money-off coupon on the packaging, you can only redeem it when you next purchase the item. If you can get the money off straight away this is normally a store promotion or special offer.

Instant Off Coupons (or just )Instant Off

Some stores refer to them as IOC's. Wegmans supermarket is one in Rochester N.Y.
Lots of hits for the English term.
