French to English Other Music

I know this is some sort of termination of the contract of some kind but I'm not sure of the correct equivalent in English and all I've managed to find is "inequality" which I think doesn't apply here. Help much appreciated thanks

7.4 La société LES PRODUCTIONS xxxreconnaît expressément que les rémunérations ci-dessus viennent rémunérer forfaitairement l’ensemble des diligences accomplies par ses soins ou ceux de ses préposés en exécution des présentes, ainsi que l’ensemble des exploitations et cessions de droit convenues à l’article 4 ci avant, la société LES PRODUCTIONS xxx renonçant à cet égard à réclamer quelconques rémunérations supplémentaires et/ou à invoquer toute action en rescision pour lésion.
