Bur SarahL is RIGHT - incriminé is a poncey French word that simply means concerned, involved, in question BUT it is always used in a negative sense.
In English we would simply say : In the event of detection of an anomaly, the products concerned will be rejected.... but - since a problem has been detected, you may also assume that those products were defective. The term incriminated is, in my experience, generally reserved for people.

: I wouldn't even go that far, it could mean they were tampered with, or a lot of other things, always negative though.
