I think the complete term is probably "dispositif de perfusion controlée". (Controlled either by the patient, increasingly common in the case of analgesics (PCA), or electronically). Does your text provide sufficient info for you to decide whether or not you could use "controlled pump" which I came across in my search and which would appear to be synonymous, but then I am no specialist.

perfusion device comes up hundreds of times using google and almost always in the context if intraveinous injection.The 2nd reference provided refers to a patent for such a device.
