Did you try the glossary? Something very close to this has certainly come up before, in either FR > EN or EN > FR
French2English Dec 13, 2006:
Absolutely, leave it untranslated.... as Michael says, it is the brand name and is obviously the same in English. Not sure whether the Brits have it, Not sure whether the Brits have it, but I do know that it is manufactured by Smith Kline Beecham UK et al
Michael Barnett Dec 13, 2006:
Tetracoq is the brand name, so it should be capitalized and left untranslated.

combined polio, diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis vaccine

check out the website below (here is an excerpt):

The Mérieux Institute developed other new vaccines: a rabies vaccine, with Hilary Koprowski; a rubella vaccine, with Stanley Plotkin; and a combination vaccine conferring protection against polio, diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis, which became the "Tetracoq" vaccine that revolutionized the immunization schedule for young children.

Oops - meant to put my second comment in here...yes, leave it untranslated. It is manufactured in the UK (among other countries) but I am not sure whether it is widely available to the Brits...must admit I had never heard of it until your question!
Note from asker:
I have to translate this into a small box in a form !! The Brits don't have this then? So shd I leave it tel quel?
