Att.

French to English Medical Medical (general) Patient records
This is from a French (Canada) patient record. One of the headings (along with Date/Medicament/Medecin" is "Att."
Underneath are one of the following letters:"RS, RV, NS, RSE".

Does anyone know what this could be referring to?
Thank you.

Thank you so much Emily, you've solved it! I will use 'prescription type' and thanks also for providing answers about the other abbreviations.
If you want to post this as an answer I will mark it correct.

Going by these ProZ entries, perhaps you could translate it as "prescription type"?

Some clues available in this discussion of “RS”: https://www.proz.com/kudoz/french-to-english/medical-general...

Thanks Emma, that's a tricky one. In that case I can only suggest to ask the client I'm afraid =/
Emma Kolendo (asker) Sep 20, 2021:
Hi Emily. Thanks for this. Yes, I thought the same thing! But there is a separate column for "Medecin" + the name, so it can't be that.
Sorry, there isn't much more context, v frustrating!
The headings in full read:
Date/No Rx/Medicament/Att./Posologie/Medecin/Ren a donner
Emily Gilby Sep 20, 2021:
Could it be short for "attention"? Are the letters perhaps the doctors' initials? I'm just throwing out a few guesses as it's hard to be sure without much context. Could you provide more information on the record at all?
