I would like some assistance with this word, as it can have two meanings.
This involves a scan of the chest without injection of contrast.
RESULTATS DE L'EXAMEN:
L'étude scanner ne retrouve pas d'adénomégalies pré-scaliennes, supra et infra-claviculaires, axillaires et du médiastin.
Pas de lésion expansive pathologique dans la loge thymique et le long du trajet des vaisseaux mammaires internes.
Pas de lésions expansive hilaires.
Pas d'anomalie de la canalisation de la trachée.
Pas de lésion focalisée pleuro-parenchymateuse à caractère évolutif.

Basically the passageway within the trachea.
It appears on the x-ray as a dark passage. The radiologist is not seeing any narrowing or obstruction.
