French term

O.U

French to English Medical Medical (general) Oftalmologie
Il s'agit de l'historique d'un patient souffrant de lesions oculaires. Il n'y a pas beaucoup de contexte:

OD: 20/20 OG: 20/20 OU:20/20

OD= oeil droit; OG= oeil gauche; OU= oeil ??

Je ne vois pas à quoi "U" correspond. Quelqu'un le sait-il?
Merci d'avance!

both eyes

As a registered nurse, I recognize it as an expression that means both eyes, and it commonly used in instructions for eye drop administration.
Example sentence:

Physician order: Administer TID (3x a day) ou.
