SEC grade 1
Sorry for multiple answers. I know it is against the rules. But this one bugged me. I think I finally cracked it. It could be imaging in spontaneous echo contrast (SEC), called "contraste spontané" in French. It is a measure used in cardiac ultrasound. It is semi-quantified in grades, 0,1, 2 etc.

And now I discovered that Drmanu49 actually mentioned SEC in two other Kudoz Q, in 2010 and 2017. Since he motivated me to search for an alternative answer, is it possible to attribute him half the points?
