PLAISE A MONSIEUR LE PRESIDENT

French to English Law/Patents
Summons to court,sentence in centre of page and underligned followed by the various charges to be examined. Is it simply "IF IT PLEASE THE PRESIDENT" (of the court) or is there a more formal expression ?
