L'm struggling slightly with the words in capitals, which are part of a summons:

"Sans approbation même des demandes principales de la société XXXXX mais au contraire, SOUS RESERVES DE LUI OPPOSER TOUTES EXCEPTIONS, FINS DE NON RECEVOIR, DEFENSES AU FOND, la réquerante est bien fondée à demander aux requises de venir, au principal, concourir au déboutement des demandes formulées par la société XXXXX"
