Would anybody happen to know the English equivalent (ideally UK English equivalent) of the term "Administrateur Général" in the context of a single-shareholder public limited company?
The specific sentence is as follows:
All help/pointers/suggestions much appreciated!

Sole (Company) Director
I would go with this, as it reflects the legal side of the position, as does "administrateur".
