stabilized power (supply) circuit (via UPS)

Although 'regulated' is also OK, I see no reason to depart from the most direct translation in this instance.

And 'onduleur' means an 'inverter',. something that generates (usually) mains voltage AC power from (usually) a lower DC voltage source (e.g. batteries)

However, in modern usage, this almost invariably implies a UPS — Uninterruptible Power Supply, which maintains power to sensitive equipment (computers, etc.) even in the event of a mains power failure.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "I'm not going to wait for a better answer because I know they don't get any better than this in your specialist area. Practically the same as what I had. UPS explanation particularly helpful!"

Stabilized power line

Normally in electrical circuits, there is sometimes fluctuation in power supply or voltage due to various factors and for some equipment, stabilized power supply is imperative of its operation, in such cases, an equipment which stabilizes the output voltage irrespective of the line voltage is installed. Such a line is known as stabilized power line.
