I don't think there's any point in posting an answer. If I'm right, the French is garbled and doesn't need to be in the glossary, as there won't be any 'future reference'.

Phil is probably right, clever Core training in medicine can be achieved either via Internal Medicine Training (IMT) or ACCS Internal Medicine (ACCS-IM). This is the initial stage of training for those trainees who wish to follow a career in medical specialties.

Here "Coeur" is not "core" but "heart" so yes, cardiovascular.
