J'ai effectuer mon stage dans un restaurant collectif qui se situe dans la cité administrative.


I'm guessing it's a restaurant in a business building or complex that is frequented by people who work very nearby - the type of restaurant that closes at 3 or 4 in the afternoon when business people are heading home.

Given that this is in the Cité administrative, then strictly speaking it is not corporate. However, it is just for the people who work in the Cité adminstrative, a building (or set of buildings) which houses the offices of the tax authority, social security and so on. You cannot just drop in for lunch if you work nearby. You usually have a badge and/or some special system that allows only employees to lunch there.
