This appears as a dessert item on a menu:

Banane flambée, confiture de lait fleur de sel, vanille gousse, café , chocolat, mangue, passion, bulgare et tarte au citron

The only thing I am unsure about is bulgare. Does anyone know what this would be?

Roberta, I think you are right that frozen yogurt is not the way to go. My only thought was that the list is of ice cream and sorbet flavors that do not specify which is which, so I thought it was conceivable that frozen yogurt might be being referred to in a rather careless way. However, after reading all the responses here and doing some more research, I have concluded that this probably an ice cream flavor. I will include a note to the client indicating that this was not entirely clear.

Not frozen yoghurt Unless that is actually what it is. Frozen yoghurt is different from ice cream.

agree Sheila Wilson : with natural. In France, there is "yaourt nature" (very plain) and "yaourt brassé/bulgare" which is natural i.e. minimum processing
