French term

contrat de pilotage

French to English Tech/Engineering Construction / Civil Engineering
This appears in an "rapport d'expertise" discussing damage to a building.
Phrase:
""Cette annexe contient la feuille de présence, la note d'expertise traite du fonctionnement du contrat de pilotage non encore signé."
IATE suggests pilot project contract, but not sure that fits. A colleague suggested "monitoring contract" but not sure about that either.
Any other suggestions in the context of a building project most welcome

project management/works management contract

Either of these might be more appropriate in this context.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "many thanks! I went for works management as translating "maîtrise d'oeuvre" as "project management""

supervision and coordination contract

Pilote in this context is often a pain to translate because you never know what other people/functions are involved, and you may find your pilote works alongside a coordinateur AND a chef de projet AND a directeur de projet AND various others!

Dicobat says:
PILOTAGE 1/ Conduite et coordination des travaux d'un chantier
And suggests "site management" (but it is rarely so easy).
