Selected
A private professional LLP > Limited Liability Partnership
It's not a company, I'm afraid: the relevant professionals make apports/ contributions to the partnership and do not take 'action sociales' company shares.
Also the glossaries contain a number of conflicting answers - including franglais like: 'a private practice company with limited liability'.

Example sentence:

: why do you need the "private" in the name? Otherwise agree - you may get a "private" or "public" limited company, but when it comes to LLPs has anyone ever suggested creating a "public" LLP?

Excellent point - micro-economically! Howbeit, the asker is in Algeria that, macro-economically, recognises hybrid public-privates https://ppp.worldbank.org/public-private-partnership/library...
