Presentation of legal management consultancy
This is from a presentational text on a legal management consultancy.
The paragraph reads:
"Notre singularité : une approche managériale du droit et de sa pratique
La singularité de l'offre de services proposée par {company name} repose sur sa volonté de proposer à ses clients des prestations de conseil et d'accompagnement qui procèdent d'une approche managériale - et non plus seulement technique - du droit et de sa pratique, au service du développement de leur structure."
I have started:
"Our uniqueness: a managerial approach to law and its practice
The uniqueness of the services that {company name} offer is based on its desire to offer its clients a consulting and support service taking a more managerial approach to law and its practice, rather than a solely technical one, to serve towards developing their company structure."
I don't think "to serve towards developing their company structure" sounds very good and is not very English sounding in the structure that I have found. I have provided a full context in case there may be a better way of incorporating this idea into the rest of the text.

I think your translation is a bit literal, and you need to paraphrase more. Also, companies in other countries often refer to themselves in the third person, but English tends to use the first person, which is more friendly and informal.
I suggest:
"Unlike other companies, we help to grow your business by offering a management-based approach to legal consultancy and support, rather than focusing purely on legal technicalities."
