negotiated list price
not sure but I guess they mean the negotiated price is x% of the listed price at a given time
Example sentence:
Purchases by Distributor of Works for State Adoptions as defined in Schedule II shall be at the larger of a discount of [*]% off Publisher's net price or [*]% off Distributor's negotiated list price to the State authority

: this makes sense /fwiw, I also agree with Rob but at least this is feasible

Rob Grayson
: I agree that this makes sense, but would still seek clarification from the client as the FR text, IMO, does not really make sense.

Martin Cassell
: This seems the best pragmatic (rather than blind literal) interpretation, assuming there is no error/omission in the source text: I would echo Rob's observation.

Comment: "Best to assume this, I agree.
I asked client, but got no answer re this particular point.
I'm sure the client knows pretty well what the prices are, as it is the SOCIETE referred to!
Thanks a lot to all. "

: at the going rate (tarif en vigueur)

Many thanks Catharine. I usually translate "tarif en vigueur" as "rate in force", but your suggestion is equally fine.

: I have no idea what "price negotiated by the rate" means. IMO, the only way to be sure of a correct translation here is to ask the client for clarification.//Recent and expired. My comment is purely linguistic in nature.

: Just word for word translation, so the meaning is unclear

Of course, it is all subjective and a matter of opinion. Even though it is a word for word translation, as you correctly suggest, it makes sense to me.

priced at the agreed upon going/operating rate
or priced at the negotiated going/operating rate
5 hrs
at the agreed list price (price fixed in the pricelist)
IMO, it's very simple: The Goods will be sold at the agreed price fixed in the pricelist

Discussion
I would have expected either "at the negotiated price" or "according to the «tarif» prevailing on the date of dispatch". I wonder if it's possible there's an «ou» or a «/» missing?
As Rob has commented elsewhere, I think it would be worth seeking clarification if you can.
