barrette? I assume that the fracture of the compressor guide vane was due to ingestion of a foreign body, in this case the "barrette" (or part of it). A "barrette" may conceivably be a lug (oreille), though I'm more inclined to think it is one of the threaded bars/rods used to tighten the cover.
