كنت أترجم بند شروط الاستخدام في عقد وصادفت العبارة المذكورة في المثال الموضح أدناه. وبحثت عن معنى أو مقابل سليم قانونا في اللغة العربية وكانت النتيجة أنني توصلت إلى ترجمتين ولست أدري أيهما أدق في الاستعمال.
Context:
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, neither the company nor the party, nor any of their representatives or subcontractors, shall sell, solicit for sale or otherwise distribute any such recordings or broadcast at the Facility.
I noticed this term was asked and discussed nearly in all language pairs on Kudos. I think it is the time to agree on a sound equivalence in Arabic.

العبارة الإنجليزية بشيء من التفصيل كما أفهمها
لا يجوز للشركة.... برغم أي نص قد يرد بالعقد مخالفاً لذلك
هذا البند ينهي الشركة وآخرين عن القيام بالبيع، وهو تحذير سار حتى وإن فهم المتعاقدون في مواضع أخرى من العقد (عكس ذلك) بل وحتى إذا نص العقد في مواضع أخرى على جواز البيع
وبالطبع الصياغة القانونية لهذا المعنى كما ذكرت قبلاً
