May offend English Marketing Tourism & Travel Review of a hotel

This was my first trip to the Penthouse in around 10 years. What a difference!
I's basically the same adult fun place it was before - but now with so much more.
They now have an elevator, a pool/spa, I think another couple of storeys, and some incredible rooms.
I stayed in one of the "party rooms" with a jacuzzi, ***"exercise" swing***, two beds, and various "restraint and other equipment", DVD player, two TV's with private movie channels - I'm sure there was more but this is all I remember....(it was a good party!).

Some place else it says that this place is suitable for swingers.....
Any idea what this piece of equipment might be????
