English term

since

English Medical Medical (general) gynecology
I have a text loaded with since. I'd need some other option.
"Since these lesions remain stable or worsen only after many years, there is time enough to assess ...
Or "Since these lesions appearing in younger women are believed to have less malignant potential, ...
And so on.
Thanks

Can you turn some sentences around?

"When seen in younger women, these lesions which are believed to have less malignant potential, ..."

It has to work with the rest of your sentence.
Mainly, I would try turning the sentence around in some cases.
