Calibration coefficient A

Medical (general)
How should I read it?
1. coefficient A of calibration
Is it one calibration curve that has three different coefficients A, B and C?
or
2. coefficient of calibration A?
Are there three calibrations each giving different coefficient?
CT = Chlamydia Trachomatis
Context (the only I have, this is label on a test kit used for CT analysis):
Calibration coefficients
Calibration coefficient A
Calibration coefficient B
Calibration coefficient C
Assigned range (CT copy/PCR)
Upper limit of assigned range
Lower limit of assigned range

calibration coefficient a
There are three coefficients, A, B and C. Whether they are from a single calibration (e.g. fitting a curve of the form y = Ax^2 + Bx + C) or from three different calibrations (e.g. under different conditions) is not clear from the limited context, though I'd guess the former.

if it was coefficient of A calibration it would we written coefficient calibration a,
hence it can only be coefficient of calibration A

Discussion
"even if the heading is in French, it is still coefficient of calibration A"
So, is it a "coefficient of calibration A" or "coefficient A of calibration"?
