When you put that in Google, the results show that it's some Polish invention (out of necessity). Or perhaps sounds native? Meaning "deliberations on".

Neither of your suggestions work with "consideration". It would help if we had a longer sentence to go on, but as a general rule, consideration goes with "of": e.g. after some consideration of the matter, they decided....

Sorry, I've just realised you've given us a little more: in that case, you could leave out the "use" as that would mean to many "of": after some consideration of the method, or after considering the way the method is used.... hard to say without any more information.

Without more context, and going on your 'deliberations' hint, you might try just the gerund form of the verb 'consider'.
I agree with the others that on/over do not go with 'consideration'.
