(very literal translation)

• Concrete mixture must be constantly poured (uninterrupted) in order for the concrete to be UNIFORM and there will be no obvious line.

it dries rather quickly- I think one person pours while the other (or others) smoothes it out

Concrete must be poured in a steady, even flow in order to give the concrete a uniform appearance with no obvious line.
