English term
reactiveness
English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
sales
This is a term in a marketing positioning survey, which compares competitors. It is probably translated into English from Spanish. I have a feeling it may mean the "speed of response".
The question is "The salesperson reactiveness to your request"
"The sales person decision making autonomy" is question before this one. And the question after it is "The salesperson overall knowledge of your business sector"
TIA

focusing on things over which we have little or no control
Have found these definitions in English websites:
1. "Reactiveness means focusing on all those things over which we have little or no control, such as weaknesses of other people. or problems of the environment."
2. "Non-reactiveness means basically you are not responding to and are not motivated by your feelings like anger, guilt, depression."
