: Yes Khanzada Sb, the word 'AArizah' appears to be nearer to the meaning of 'disorder' than 'Inteshaar' proposed by me.

: Usually "aarzah" means, "disease" and not disorder. There is a difference between "disease" and "disorder". "Inteshaar" is the preferrable word for disorder. e.g. Mental Disorder meaning" Zaheni inteshaar"
