This version is colloquial/cultural rather than literal. Although "magandang kapalaran" is correct word-by-word, sad to say it is not how Tagalog speakers bid "good luck" to each
other.

Here are your two choices:

1)
"Pagpalain ka" = (may you) become fortunate

wherein:



Pagpalain = "to become lucky/fortunate i.e. with divine intervention"

ka = you


2) "Palarin ka sana" = Hoping that you become fortunate

wherein

Palarin = "to become lucky/fortunate on account of good fate or destiny"

ka = you

sana = hopefully / hoping



Some pepole also interchange the words "pagpalain" or "palarin" with "swertehin"---this connotation leans on pure luck (i.e. with the least intervention from fate or divinity).
