I don�t know if it refers to source language and target language, T thought that this abreviations are SL and TL. I don�t know what is the meaning of ST , TL and TT

Traducción al español (ST) lengua a la que se traduce (TL

Me parece que hay una coma de más... entre ST y version.... quedaría algo así como:
En segundo lugar, hay que decidir la importancia del dialecto, y el efecto general que produce en una versión traducida al español de un texto que ya fue traducido a otro idioma (el target language)
