I think you mean 'fibula' instead of 'fibia'.

The word \'fibia\' does not exist in English. The two bones (one large bone, one smaller bone) of the lower leg (between the knee and ankle bones) are the \'tibia\' (tibia) and \'fibula\' (perone), respectively. I think that the source text accidentally made a mistake and called the \'fibula\' the \'fibia\' instead, it\'s easy to rhyme \'fibia\' and \'tibia\', it sounds good, it sounds funny, but it\'s incorrect. HTH.
