3. Again unscrew the capscrews B, also capscrew A. Insert tubing E between cover C and the end of the axle. (Tubing "E" will be found in tool box). Re-insert capscrees B and pull up tight and lock in place. Capscrew A is to be pulled up tight, and then backed off two flats and locked. This is necessary to provide a slight motion of the capscrews to accomodate the clearance of the axles in the crawler SIDE FRAMES.

: La referencia es correcta, pero lo que se gira es el ángulo formado por dos caras (two flats) del exágono de la cabeza del bulón.
