The country of origin would be helpful, but these are some suggestions, some of which you have already pointed out.

S/o = Son of Hijo de
W/o = Wife of Esposa de
D/o = Daughter of Hija de
R/o = Resident of Residente de
P.S. = Police Station Jefatura de policía (US) / Comisaría
