Yo entiendo que el arrendador no está actuando a título individual sino como fiduciario propietario, es decir, que arrienda algo de lo cual tiene la propiedad no de por sí, sino que tiene la propiedad fiduciaria. Entonces lo que reciba en concepto de arrendamiento va para el fideicomiso y no a sus bolsillitos.

Ya ni me acordaba...Sigo pensando que el acento está en el trustee y el "owner" lo califica. Dice Black's Dict. sobre trust ownership, p. 1139 8a. ed: "A trustee's interest in trust property. Also termed bare ownership". BTW, gracias x el agree!
