English term

Lit and dark equity trading

English to Spanish Bus/Financial Finance (general) the concept in question is found in a Director's report
The Group provides a broad range of international equity, bond and derivatives markets, including London Stock Exchange; Borsa Italiana; MTS (Europe’s leading fixed income market); IDEM derivatives; and Turquoise, offering pan-European lit and dark equity trading, together with equity derivatives from June 2011.

I cant fully understand the concept of lit and dark equity so that I can provide the most accurate translation into Spanish (for Colombia preferably), can someone help me with this concepts, please?
The text is a Directo's report

Proposed translations

fondos comunes oscuros y claros

a dark equity (may be called also dark pool) is one whose trading volume is not publicly available.
a lit equity, on the other hand (lit pool) is one whose trading volume is openly available to the public.
These concepts may go by other names in English as well.
That's pretty much it.

comercio de acciones iluminado y obscuro (visible y no visible)

Equity: participación de beneficios, acciones

From the reference below:

"What are dark and lit markets, and how did we get there?"

"Intuitively, a market is lit if its orders are viewable by the general public, and dark if they are not."

No encuentro un término en español para "lit and dark trading", así que propongo estas opciones: iluminado y obscuro/visible y no visibles
