English term

cash withdrawal receipt: IPV/Av/Op

English to Spanish Other Finance (general)
I have to translate a cash withdrawal receipt from Spanish. The problem is that it is not properly scanned and even if it were the abbreviations are completely unknown to me. From the documents coming before and after this receipt I understood that the account/card holder authorised a law firm to withdraw a certain amount of money from the card (both mentioned in the receipt) in order to make the advance payment for a flat.

Here is the structure of the receipt, maybe someone can help me figure out what it says:

XXX ABOGADOS
XXX, ANDALUCIA

COMERCIO: (números) IPV/TPV(?): (números)

********************* (cuatro números) - me imagino que es el número de la tarjeta

Cad: 10/10 (fecha de caducidad, me imagino)

VENTA
Av/Avi(???): (números) Op: (números)
Fecha: Hora:

Importe:

Firma del cliente....

Necesito urgentemente sugerencias para IPV/Av y Op.

Gracias/Thank you for your suggestions.

Any idea as to the Av/Avi thing?
Thanks!

IPV, TPV, OP, CAD IPV = Indice Precios Vivienda (House Price Index) (this is purely a guess)
TPV = Terminal Punto de Venta (in English POS)
OP = Operación (Transaction)
CAD = caducidad (expiry date)
****** you are right - credit card number

Hope this bit helps you!

If you say that this is a credit card sale TPV is the acronym for Terminal punto de venta
