He encontrado posibilidades muy dispares entre sí para este término. A ver si alguien puede ayudarme.
Se trata de un informe sobre una atracción / columpio.
"The verification of the **clearance envelope**according to EN 13814 shall be part of the acceptance test".

En todos los columpios hay que tener en cuenta las distancias de seguridad establecidas en la presente norma. Especialmente hay que observar las distancias entre el asiento o plataforma al suelo, el espacio mínimo entre los asientos de los columpios y la estructura contigua, las distancias entre los elementos de suspensión y la distancia entre los puntos de soporte en el asiento del columpio.

Gracias, Patinba, pero no estoy segura de que sea esta la equivalencia. La frase completa del original es esta: ""The verification of all safety distances and **clearance envelope**according to EN 13814 shall be part of the acceptance test". Por lo que creo que no se trata de distancias de seguridad. ¿Qué creéis?? |
Sí, creo que se refiere al espacio libre (de seguridad) que debe haber entre los vagones de la atracción. Gracias :) |
