FDA y TSCA Las tienes que dejar en inglés por fuerza, con una traducción "de cortesia" entre paréntesis. Aunque la gente que asiste a este seminario/presentación que traduces, por fuerza debe estar familiarizada con lo que significan FDA y TSCA.

A TSCA certificate is a self-declaration document to show customs that all chemical substances imported into the United States either comply with the Toxic Substance Control Act (TCSA) at the time of import (positive certification) or not subject to TSCA requirements (negative certification). Customs can refuse entry of any shipment that does not have a TSCA certification.

En Chile / Latinoamérica se usa por lo general Agencia de alimentos y medicamentos:

Aunque el nombre oficial del propio gobierno de USA en español es "Administración de alimentos y medicamentos". Todas las "agencies" federales estadounidenses se traducen como "Administración de..."
