I have already answered this question. / Mi favorito, Mi favorita
My favorito / Mi favorita.
We do not need the word "person" here. Just an O or A if male or female.
Though " Mi persona favorita" seems correct, I do not see the reason why we should use the word "persona".

one word on this expression
I've always heard it applied to a boyfriend/girlfriend or such, as in a friend who wrote to me "I quit my job to marry my favorite person". I may be wrong, but if this is the case, and once again depending on context, register, age, cultural level, and a million "etceteras", I'd say something like "mi media naranja", "mi peor es nada" (I know this is old!) or some other expression of this kind (something sweet and funny).
Hope to help.
