- When earthwork is carried out concurrently both mechanically and manually, it is forbidden to stay within the dangerous range of a machine.
- To put a machine into operation and use it if other workmen, apart from operators, are in the machine or in its dangerous range
- To work with a machine if other machines or means of transportation, apart from those working in coordination with the machine, are within its dangerous range
-If the machine moves, nobody must stay within its dangerous range, in front of it in the direction of machine travel or between a road tractor and a towed machine
