waste chi, which is heavy or turbid chi

English to Russian Other Philosophy
Доброго времени суток.

FOUR THOUSAND THREE hundred years ago, there was an ancient saint named Peng Zu. Throughout Chinese history, Peng Zu has been renowned and venerated as the Shou Xing. ("Shou" means long life. "Xing" means star.) This "Long Life Star" lived for 880 years. He was the teacher of Lao Zi, the founder of Taoism. Peng Zu created Zhi Qi Zhi Tao, which means The Tao of Qi. He created Tao Tu, the Map of Tao, which reveals:

Xu wu sheng yi qi—Emptiness produces one chi. This one chi includes yuan chi (origin chi), ling chi (soul chi), qing chi (clean chi), and more. This one chi initiates, grows, and flourishes—like a sunrise. It represents yang, youth, and vigor.
Yi qi sheng yin yang—One chi produces yin and yang. Yin yang sheng wan wu—Yin and yang produce everything. Wan wu gui yi qi—Everything returns to one chi. This one chi is waste chi, which is heavy or turbid chi (zuo chi). Like a sunset, it represents yin, age, and decline. • Yi qi gui xu wu—One chi returns to emptiness.
