It can result from an improper cutter assembly process or inadequate braze technique. The following photographs show lost cutters or lost hybrids resulting from either of these issues. The loss of hybrids is rare. As these components are not under cutting stress during a run, hybrids are lost due to either not putting a braze disc in the pocket or not sufficiently melting a braze disc during the heating process.


I can't really find the meaning of "hybrids" in this text.
