OBJECTIVES: Upon completion of this task, the employee should be able to:
1. Know the Service Delivery Process and Organization as well as the role it plays in our business.

THEORIES:
1. How do we measure Service Delivery for our clients?
2. What is a Service Delivery Plan?
3. What is the role of s Service Quality Coach? What is the role of a Service Delivery Manager?
4. What is a “*Tool Turn*”. Why is it important to know how many tool turns we have per month or per year?
5. Why is it important to have Service Quality Meetings with our clients? How often should these meetings be held?
6. What is the difference between a Loss Prevention Team (LPT) and the Quality Steering Committee (QSC)?

PRACTICALS:
1. Who is the Service Quality Coach in your GM? Who is the Service Delivery Manager? At the Area level, who is the Operations Support Manager?
2. Who is the LPT leader in your location? How often Are LPT meetings held?
3. Who is responsible for delivering good Service Quality in your location?
4. When was the last Service Delivery Assessment done in your location? What was the score? How many Remedial Actions have been closed?
5. Discuss the accountability matrix. Why is it used?
