English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

Notwithstanding the above, any Party may bring an action in any court of competent jurisdiction including without limitation the High Court of Justice in England (i) for provisional relief pending the outcome of arbitration, including, without limitation, provisional injunctive relief or pre-judgement attachment or sequestration of assets; (ii) to compel arbitration or enforce any arbitration award.
