English to Russian Tech/Engineering Chemistry; Chem Sci/Eng commissioning - site positions

Duties and Responsibilities
• Define the detailed procedures with the supervisors;
• Define the daily activities and develop the day by day planning following the priorities indicated by the commissioning manager
• Assign the tasks to the supervisors;
• Ensure that all pre-commissioning and commissioning activities are carried out according to stated procedures and agreed schedule.
• Ensure that quality standards and safety procedures are being followed by commissioning staff, including adherence to work permit requirements.
• Prepare and implement a plan which considers constraints resulted from the construction phasing to optimize the overall project schedule etc.
